Gate Services for Homes and Businesses in Warren
Repair, openers, new gates and entry controls side by side, so you can see which one fits what your gate is doing.
We work on swing and sliding gates and on the operators, openers, keypads, intercoms, remotes and safety sensors that run them. Our customers are homeowners, landlords, property managers and small businesses in Warren and the towns around it. Most are dealing with a gate that has stopped closing, or want a new entry set up for a lot or yard. This page sets our four services side by side, so you can tell which one fits your gate before you call.
Repair, Openers, New Gates and Entry Controls
Most gate work falls under one of four headings. Repair covers the gate itself: hinges, rollers, tracks, latches and posts. Openers covers the motor that moves the gate and the control board behind it. Installation is a new gate, from the posts up. Access control is how people get in: keypads, intercoms and remotes.

Which Service Fits Your Situation
Find the row that sounds most like your gate. The last column names the page that covers it.
| Situation | Gate type | Service page |
|---|---|---|
| The gate sags, scrapes the drive or no longer latches | Swing gate, manual or automatic | Gate Repair |
| The gate grinds, wobbles or rides off its track | Sliding gate | Gate Repair |
| The motor hums or clicks but the gate stays put | Any automatic gate | Gate Openers |
| You open the gate by hand today and want it automated | Swing or sliding, manual | Gate Openers |
| There is no gate yet, or the old one is past saving | Any style, new | Gate Installation |
| Remotes, a keypad or an intercom stopped answering, or you want to add one | Automatic gate with an operator | Access Control |
Some problems sit across two lines. A sagging swing gate makes its opener work harder, and an opener set too strong can bend a light gate over time. If you cannot tell which side the trouble is on, start from what you see and hear, not from the part you suspect.
Match the Symptom to the Page
A quick pick by symptom:
- If the gate sags, scrapes the drive or will not latch, start with Gate Repair.
- If a sliding gate grinds, wobbles or leaves its track, that is also Gate Repair, since rollers and track are the usual cause.
- If the motor runs but the gate stays put, or the gate reverses with nothing in its way, look at Gate Openers.
- If the gate moves only by hand and you want it to open on its own, see Gate Openers.
- If the remotes, keypad or intercom stopped answering while the opener still runs from its own button, read Access Control.
- If a post has heaved badly or the frame has rusted through, Gate Installation may be the better answer.
If the gate will not open or close at all, a few safe checks come before any visit. Our gate troubleshooting guide walks through them in order: power, the safety sensors, the manual release.
Planning a New Gate or a First Opener
A new gate or a first opener takes more choosing than a repair. You decide the style, the material, which way the gate moves, how it is powered and how people get in. Our gate buyer’s guide sets out those choices and what moves the cost of a project, so you can come to the visit with a rough idea of what you want.
None of it has to be settled before you call. A short description of the opening and how you use it is enough to start.
Questions About Choosing a Service
What if I do not know which service I need?
That is fine. You do not need to name the part. Call or message us with a short description of the gate and what it is doing, and we will arrange a time to come take a look.
Is it a repair or a new gate?
It depends on the frame and the posts. A sound frame on solid posts is usually worth repairing, even with worn hinges or rollers. A frame rusted through at the joints, or posts heaved out of line by frost, can make a new gate the better use of your money.
Do you work on gates someone else installed?
Yes. Repair and opener work is nearly always on a gate that is already in place. What matters is the gate type and its condition, not who put it in.
Do you work for businesses as well as homes?
Yes. Our customers include homeowners, landlords, property managers and small businesses. The same four services apply to a lot or yard entrance as to a home driveway.
Which communities do you cover?
Warren, Sterling Heights, Roseville and nearby communities, including Center Line, Eastpointe, St. Clair Shores, Fraser, Madison Heights and Hazel Park.
